hey Bengal, you might know and not care but that “Mentor Rookie” that you see at 4:07 gives you the option to upgrade a players dev trait for literally nothing, you just select “Long Term Development” and then they’ll go up in dev trait the next week without any challenge or anything

Yo big fan and have been watching a min. Not to be that guy but focusing on making all ur players scheme fits is huge for getting a better record and stats in sim. I usually just pick a scheme and playbook at the beginning of the rebuild or after the first draft or sometimes even after first szn and then try to build the team around that. Taking slightly worse players that r scheme fits will pan out better for sim. Hope u see this man, love the vids.

From what I’ve seen, if you change anything on the player, number or anything to do with player appearance, it reverts the player to how you designed them to be. Just one change per player. I edited every single fucking.

@@nzKnut I think you've got is backwards (at least in terms of where I believe the issues to be) Pete is the one making Waldron run a more conservative offense. McVay offenses are many things, but conservative isn't one of them. If Waldron was allowed to execute the game plan he wants to, I firmly believe we would be seeing a lot more variety in play choice, and possibly a massive uptick in production
