The Giant Manta Rays Of Hanifaru Bay In The Maldives

In the Maldives there is a place called Hanifaru Bay. When the currents line up just right it fills up with plankton drawing in manta rays from all over the region into a feeding frenzy. Earlier this year we had the opportunity to film during just such an event. This is the footage we shot.

This was beautiful to watch, they make me think of butterflies! They seemed curious about the divers and very calm. Another great video!💚
