I am used to simple eating. Holey smokes!! Absolutely delicious but I spent over 5 hours Sunday prepping and cooking and still didn't get to the broccoli salad. I was exhausted! My little kitchen looked like a hurricane went through. LOL I don't know how you do it Kayla but you do it effortlessly. Thank you for all you do. :)

Just found your channel and I can't wait to try your recipes! I'm on a 3-week cleanse right now and have to eat as instructed, but I found myself wondering how I can continue getting in all the nutrients I am eating how I am now (a bunch of greens with pretty much every meal - I'm sure very anti-inflammatory). I'm remembering how amazing I feel when I eat right and that is a feeling I want to keep going. My concern was having to sacrifice flavor and enjoyment for health, which I wasn't crazy about. But, your food genuinely seems very flavorful AND healthy, the balance I was wanting to strike! Thank you so much for these amazing videos and all your other content - my continued health and longevity are super appreciative.

I made the broccoli salad on Fathers Day for the family. It was great! All the kids and husband loved it! My youngest boys 4 & 5 said "yummy" and they were fighting over the leftovers the next day. Definitely gonna add it to the rotation of salads to make! Thanks again!

Hi Kayla, I love your weight loss videos and am following that for my weight loss program. I would like you to do more of weight loss videos based on asian food like taufu, tempeh, lentils, chickpeas and more. I am an indian and I dont eat beef. I get sick of eating chicken but prefer prawns squids and fish like cod and tuna as salmon in Singapore is too expensive so if can consider on a cheaper version of weight loss food...and also what kind of hot drinks can we sip besides coffee during teatime and before bedtime. Hello Kayla, I am a new subscriber and excited to join your healthy meal prep group. I know this is the way to stay healthy.
I have IBS and I'm basically low-fodmap but I am still obese. I like that I can make adjustments from garlic to garlic oil onion to scallions and just leave out the hot pepper with a couple dashes of Tabasco sauce. I am also somewhat gluten intolerant so I like the different pasta options and I am apparently very lactose what's your recipes really help to and I can add something like low lactose cheese where I can't have some other spices. Basically it's just easy for me to make small conversions of what I'm missing for what I can substitute for something I can have and it really does help. Thank you for me and my cardiologist and my nutrition that I don't have what you've become and my physical. I am 640 for 52 year-old male and have gone from 333 lb to 285s. I have a long way to go but I have high cholesterol borderline high blood pressure gout issues which I have eliminated high-fructose corn syrup altogether and am still working on the alcohol consumption. I know that every little helps so I thank you even if you think you are just a little bit of help. Every little hurtle helps. Oh I also forget I'm deathly allergic to egg but not yolks.

This is the second time making the Buffalo chicken casserole... it's delish! And I tried the turkey patties and broccoli salad for the first time today and I was impressed. The turkey patties were surprisingly tasty and not dry. I was worried because I used almond flour instead of coconut flour but it worked out fine.
Just finished my third week of your wonderful meal preps-Agree the meals just keep getting better! I love how unique and flavorful your recipes are! Can I ask if your froyo comes out a bit tart instead of sweet? Thought maybe I didn’t put enough monk fruit sweetener in it so I sprinkled it on top as well - so yummy! Have to admit I also made the brownies a second time - yeah, those may be an issue..- had to wait on making the dinners because I bought frozen acorn squash by accident, would that work? - looking forward to making it!! Does take me hours but sooo worth it!

Lol this menu did take a bit longer but was so worth it! It takes me about 3 days to film all of my meal prep videos bc I like to film one meal per day and take photos (for the blog) without being rushed. But it’s so worth it in the end when I hear comments like this 🥰♥️

All of this looks fantastic! I bet that spaghetti squash casserole is really good. We do an enchilada style one sometimes that is awesome but has cheese. One thing I’d love is another set of meal prep for inflammation. We watched the first one and a few other videos of yours on that subject but could always use more options. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I can’t wait to try this meal prep!! Is funny I have my own garden, we started a few weeks ago planting our veggies for this season. Accidentally got spaghetti squash instead of zucchini 🤦🏽♀️ Bt I didn’t want to waste it so I decided to plant it anyways and figure out wat to make it with.
