Hey! Thanks for your comments. You know, owner-financing has its place for sure. I just come at it from the position of trying to do things the right way for people, and some owner-finance scenarios are clearly just efforts to take advantage. Buyers have to deal with the fallout of unscrupulous sellers, so I try to warn them to use good legal advice and services when entering into owner-finance so they don’t get hurt. Hello great video ! Question I would like to know well I have one piece of land that I own in Indiana, which is where I am from. I financed the land for $200 down. The land is 32,000 in total for price I pay 200 a month can I turn around and resell this land for four price and allow the buyer to take over the paymentand profit from it or am I only able to sell this land in four if I had just purchased it instead of financing it thank you
