1- don't share your problems with anyone who are not very close to you when you are very emotional

3- avoid being a part of backbiting . In a person criticize any third person infront of you , he could criticize you infront of other person also. So never trust on that person

But not always because sometimes people think you are weak and they keep making fun on you then you should give them a proper answer. But mostly you should avoid
