Dude he does prac on Patreon streams one time he used random picture generator and had 2 pictures up and was just finding commonalities and just whatever he felt like from the 2 and rotated through them when he felt like it. That seemed like it was exercising a visual muscle different than just words and kinda neat. I found one you can just search random picture generator and it's the first thing that comes up, I think his settings were like 2 pictures and nature or something but that's probably w/e.

idk if anyone has ever said anything or if you know, but rick glassman on youtube has a very cool 1 on 1 with harry mack he deep dives into some things, they rap, its a really great interview/podcast. its like 2+ hours though but i suggest you check it out on any free time if it isnt recorded cuz youd love it.
Respect for cutting the fillers (almost) inyour own freestyle 💪 when you got the 3 words, its obviously easier to make a sceme for your rap, but when you are practising new techniques, it went out pretty fire anyway 🤩🤩
