whoever ask why they arent using glove, there are standard for mass production such as washing hand with sanitizer every period (such as after lunch etc.), also the max length of your fingernail.
as you know, in the beginning of industrial food production after the awareness of the importance of washing hand, the cause of poisoning (diarhea) by hands production are very rare. the management would very dumb to allow toxic food for consummer. they would get sued or force to close their production.
anyway, when you eat your chips with your hands make you sick?

Angga Prakoso I hate the obsession with people wearing gloves. Washed hands are clean, and gloves can help transmit germs if they aren’t careful about it.

Moreover multiple studies proved that gloves are more unsanitary because people tends to forget basic hygiene while wearing them and might touch dirty surface then foodstuff. Therefore the gloves mostly protect the hands not the food.

I had these when my brother brought some back from France. They were a but lemony, but maybe that's just one of the flavors. They were okay, definitely not superb, but I liked them.

Our hands sweat all the time. I wonder those things taste a bit salty as workers don't put gloves on. No I dont wear gloves when I cook at home. Coz they my sweat that come from me so I can put it back it lol. But food/snack industry should wear them no matter how clean they wash their hands. It's the matter of reliability of the brand in my opinion. Like a good presentation of making food makes me feel safe and confident to eat it. Though I know I hv always eating someone's sweat all the time but I dont know it lol
