Looks like an episode of "The Big Record," which was hosted by Miss Patti Page in 1957-58. and confirmed when the "Big Record" rotated to become the Pillsbury barrelhead logo...must have been the alternate sponsor, since most clips show her endorsing Oldsmobile (and "Oldsmobility")
