This is one of a series of talks comprising a study of elements of the Indian Spiritual Tradition delivered by Rand Hicks during the weekly "Satsang" meetings at the Integral Knowledge Study Center. These talks were intended to give the audience some preparation and background for the extended study of Sri Aurobindo's "The Life Divine" which followed these talks.
