In case you didn't know, a while back you played the vs Bunzo mod, and that mod can cause your ghost tap option to be disabled in some other mods you play after that. You can fix it by going into the options menu of the mod you're playing and re-enabling it. This will make it so you won't get a miss when you press a key without a note there. Hope this helps 👍💚 ❤
