Simple calculation according to Karachi> Rent 30,000-9200 maintenance =20800*12 months* 20 years = 5,000,000 Price. So the price of the property should not exceed 5 million. Usually, in Karachi property value equals 20 years rent, ignoring the time value.

کوالٹی وہاں بہتر ہوتی ہے جہاں مختلف کمپنیوں کو سروس فراہم کرنے کی اجازت ہو جبکہ بحریہ انتظامیہ نے ملٹی نیٹ کی مونوپلی رکھی ہوئی جس کی وجہ ہر کوئی سمجھ سکتا ہے۔ جیسے کراچی میں کے الیکٹرک کے علاوہ کسی اور کمنپی کو بجلی فراہم کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔
ملٹی نیٹ سے شکایت صرف مجھے ہی نہیں بحریہ ٹاؤن میں بےشمار لوگوں کو ہے کیونکہ انہوں نے پہلے معیاری انٹرنیٹ سروس استعمال کی ہوئی ہے۔
وقت ملے تو اس پر ایک الگ سے سروے وی لاگ بنا کے رہائشیوں کی رائے لے لیں یا یوٹیوب پر پبلک سروے کر لیں۔
ہاں اگر ملٹی نیٹ والے آپ کے اسپانسرز ہیں تو پھر یہ سروے رہنے دیں اور ان کی تعریف کے پل باندھتے رہیں۔
