I have met Ed on three different occasions when Pj were touring Australia. Me and my son were front row dead centre at Sydney when Ed did his solo tour 2011 . He shared his wine with both my son and I and shook both our hands crossing his arms in a three way hand shake. He is the most genuine guy , that little insight means nothing to the world but the world to me . One of my life's greatest memories. I am sure he knows the difference his amazing attitude makes to complete strangers lives . As fans , we are truly blessed. Thanks for so much Ed
I don't know what's better to watch - the people meeting him or what happens at 2:07 when the group celebrates! Awesome! Amazing how someone could give so much by doing what he does and by being who he is! Great man and great crowd!
Wow you're so lucky! I almost started crying watching this, Eddie is so good to his fans. I would have been the girl crying in the corner after he walked away hahah
I loved to hear all the giggles and comments after Eddie walked off. The men sounded like little school girl's!!!! I'd probably faint! I ♥️♥️♥️ me some Eddie Vedder!!! Love at first sight & sound over 30 years now!!! Pearl Jammin.,....
I met him during the Liam Finn set later on around 7ish(?) Thats crazy he came out at 4, then before his set, and later on after the show. 3 times to meet his fans in one show.... Eddie Vedder is the fucking MAN!
SO F*CKING AWESOME!!! Damn what some lucky fans. Love the guy who said "who was that?" Must have been living on the moon for the past 18 years. Doesn't it suck when someone that doesn't even know EV can get that close and so many die hard fans (like me) are still waiting for the day? Great video anyway.
If he shook my hand and asked me what my name was I would say,... I love you. You guys are we're lucky to met him. I think I would of waited till he was out of sight before I acted like I just won lotto though! : P
@rockforchoicee oh god! where did you meet them in Argentina, at thi arirport?! I met them too, shake hands with Eddie, it was freaking awesome, reaction after he leaves was exactly the same of this video, isnt´it the best feeling in the world??? PJ rules!!!
Thanks for sharing, this is a great video!!!! Again - Eddie really seems like a nice dude with excellent manners. And... totally agree with KillYourTeeVee here (and I'm not even a PJ fan), LOL!!
@Rfprimm It's OK. I get in trouble for thinking out loud on the internet all the time. Besides, you're correct in saying that the troops don't get enough gratitude. Peace.
@Rfprimm Why would you assume that we don't thank the troops as well? I don't understand where your question comes from. I certainly thank the troops for all they do. They already get a ton of props from everyone I know and I think they deserve even more. No reason I can't thank Eddie for his music as well.
If there's anyone out there that thinks like me that are a lot of things wrong with modern technology and it's seemingly constant disproportionate progression this is definitely not one of them.
@mightyolav I don't know... I just don't think I've ever heard someone be that greatful sounding to them. Anyways just ignore what I said I don't mean to start trouble I'm just thinking outloud.
I read a certain interview made to him by Melody Maker on May 1994, a month after Kurt Cobain's death and he's fuckin down, like his death really affected him. I'm wondering now, if Kurt Cobain were still alive today he would probably be pretty much like him, y'know, like releasing solo albums and stuff. Eddie Vedder is a good musician, I guess idolizing people ain't no good, so if these people are excited because they're meeting a great musician, guess I'd share the enthusiasm.
Talk ABOUT OVER-REACTING! Okay I love Eddie Vedder too...but to hug each OTHER LIKE YOU just SAW THE MESSIAH IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! WE ARE ALL PEOPLE...some are MORE Talented than others...but in the end WE ARE ALL THE SAME....PEOPLE.
rvpstudioscanada it's an honest reaction. they aren't doing it on purpose of for show. they went to a corner to do it. music is a really powerful thing and it makes you feel connected to people you don't even know. there's nothing ridiculous about their reactions. they're happy and overwhelmed with emotion

Do do do do do do do
Any rational human being knows it's rediculous to behave this way because of the presence of another human being... but holy fuck its Eddie Vedder.
The guys are screaming more than the women. Seems like a really cool dude
he will be in Nashville this week! That isn't too far from you!! he will also be in Atlanta... maybe you could work it out? hope so!!
If there's anyone out there that thinks like me that are a lot of things wrong with modern technology this is definitely not one of them.
How else would you act!

"Thanks you for all you do"? Why don't you go tell our troops that!
jeez everyone's acting like they just met Jesus.
