The 1st video clip is technically an OK repair you can see the quarter panel on the car has many dents and wrinkles amd was probably severely damaged and they straightened it as best they could and then applied body filler over the dents. Some professional shops will cut off and replace the entire quarter panel with a new one so their wont be a bunch of filler, however to replace the whole panel is a very difficult, expensive and time consuming repair and sometimes new panels are not available for some cars.
