If I may answer. You can use Peat moss as a substitute for cocopeat.
Cocopeat is cheap, has neutral pH, that's why it's preferred in soil mixes. Peat moss will do the same thing, if you have it readily available where you live.

It's a Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) it can be used in any plant. Provided you are careful with the dosage. A slight fluctuation can be harmful to the plant overall.
