    Really nice. Can you please suggest some stretches for lower back and glutes i frequently get muscle catch in that area, it would be really helpful and kind of you

      I think it's called the pronator and it's like $75

    Thank you! Years ago, a chiropractor put my elbow out of place, and my rotator cuff, so I haven't been able to do push-ups or a lot of things using upper body since. Consequently, my grip has gotten super weak. Maybe I can try some of these.
