The creator is incredibly talented. He made this game in less than a week, and made the other 2, all very detailed, and still made them free. He's even working on a 2nd story mode (or might have finished it by now), which is just crazy.

He's not even supposed to be running. That phone guy said specifically to turn off his light and hide if he runs into Spring Trap, but clearly, even doing that wasn't working. Part of me felt like it wasn't really a fair game, seeing as how following the phone guy's instructions didn't really work. :/

Sappy Pappy He had broken six pipes. The problem was the game didn't register the sixth one. If you watch the top left corner carefully while he brakes the two last pipes it shows on screen he has 5/6 pipes broken on both times. That's probably a glitch.
Sappy Pappy I think Springtrap was too close at the moment. He could have played the sound farther from him before approaching the 6th pipe. Maybe that's how you can beat the game. Other than that; it could have just been a cut scene and meant to die.

That was technically the ending since the game had glitched and would not give the final pipe as "damaged" when he did in fact damage all 6 - a game glitch and thus, this ending is the only ending possible :(
