Before you leave Sir, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you! I am not deaf but I am learning ASL. I have had custody of my niece for a year now. She is deaf. She was in a car accident with her family Aug 2, 2023 in which everyone was ejected from the car. Her mom, my sister, passed away in the accident. My sister believes in God but really didn't think it was necessary to attend church regularly so her kids know of God but don't walk in the way. I left my church in order to take her to a church that had ASL so that she could understand better. I was given the link to the JESUS movie and I took my niece. She was so into it. At the end when the disciples were going around baptizing, she asked if I had been baptized. I said yes. She asked about her mom and everyone else in the family. So I asked her, "do you want to be baptized?" And she made her decision right there at the movie theater! So while the credits were rolling, I went onto our church website and signed her up for the next baptism! I am so proud of her and I thank you so very much.
