New construction will definitely help, although the apartments that are being built in the ballantyne area look like college dormatories. Very small and boxy on the inside, also the rents are not cheap.
I agree, our infrastructure is not keeping up with the growth. The influx of people are coming from high priced, high tax, high cost of living cities. We are still underdeveloped and cheaper than the major US cities, which is making our area attractive. I appreciate the comment and thank you for watching!
