what are the setups of the penhold short pips players, i know there was several chinese cpen hitters i would like to know what are uisng the players that use to play with 802 or chinese pips before the glue ban, a player called wang yong gang is in japan ,what is he using?
@1996Johnny Yes he does. Back in the day (as in 2002) he used Avalox P500 and TSP Spinpips MD. After Spinpips MD was banned, he switched to Super Spinpips. He also used TSP rubbers like Cesalo and UQ on the backhand though he never used the reverse backhand. In 2007 he signed on with TSP full time and now uses the TSP Albored, a blade that TSP discontinued very many years ago, it was considered to be a clipper clone. If anyone has any other questions, I know many pro's setups.
@8vemam8 Yes, he use(d) the Butterfly Matsushita Pro Model (now out of print since he retired), tackifire drive, and feint long II. He used this set up, up until the very end. I think it would be best to just privately message me, rather than get the video filled up with comments.
@diglettdigdig Yes I do. His forehand is listed on many websites as "tokuatsu" which means "super thick" in japanese (meaning 2.1mm-MAX). His backhand is "Chō kyoku-usu" or super thin (.5mm)
Very nice video, you really get to see how koji chops in this one.

もしかして、東京武道館?
懐かしいわ~。全日本観戦に何回通っただろうか。
@HrMerrlol Actually I did say that they are swedes, but I hadn't realized he said switzerland.
My point stills stands though.
@UsakoKirei You'd think with having Waldner and Persson the swedes would go further this generation.
Does Hyogo Kayama use short pips? His style and technique is similiar to Chen Longcan.
someone should open a center here in switzerland. they only know pingpong (standing around and moving the arm).
@takkyu101 Do you know Matsushita's setup?
