Absolutely love your journey you make my heart sing.. passion for bike riding is in your sole big hugs from me carry on girl oopss ment girls take care 🥰🏍👍💯
top fishing spot, the road to Strahan from Zeehan was the old railway line, the Henty had some great fishing there, and them bloody sand dunes, great for dune buggies
Hahaha yes, I got intimate with the sand dunes yesterday coming off the beach at Macquarie Heads! 🤦🏻♀️😂 Thought it was going to be a long term relationship that I was in deep! 🙄🥵😂 Making that vid now!
@@RozalynVeersma Swansea is another great place, on the East Coast, i actually lived on the Wet West Coast for about 15 years before returning to NSW, i'm in Qld now
Ain’t that the truth! If we new when our last hour would be then plan accordingly 😂👍 There is a very good 9 hour Audio book on “The Ship That Never Was”. Great listening on my way home from the Simpson desert last year. What an amazing tale of that area (Penal Tasmania) and beyond. Carry on👏👍
OMG just read the quick history on this area about the escapees who drew straws to be eaten as they escaped through the wilderness! One survivor who again escaped after capture, with only 1 bloke this time and again he got recaptured but they never found the other bloke...only the meat in the survivors pocket which wasn’t chicken or pork! 🤢🤮 Bloody Nora! 😳🤦🏻♀️😂
Gday Roz, remember I did tell you it is known as the Wet Coast, it is living up to its name. Ha ha ha ... The steam train trip from Queenstown to Strahan is something else also, You can go halfway by steam train and back to Queenstown, or go the second half by Diesel train to Strahan and back to Queenstown by buss or visa versa from Strahan. Stay safe. Hugs.
Exactly! 🙏 It was a meme I saw last year that was part of my light globe moment for this journey...’You don’t buy things with money, you buy them with hours of your life’! Ain’t that the truth! 🤦🏻♀️ On that note...carry on...😁👍🏁⛺️🏍💨
Hey Rozzz. Have you considered riding through Bruny Island on the East Coast, just south of Hobart ?? A short car ferry ride from the main land of Tassie. As it happens, I'm booking an air ticket to Hobart and hiring a car. Then traveling to Bruny Island to find my father. I have not seen him since I was a young child, back in 1979.
I hope to buddy...but just don’t plan more than a day ahead! Good luck with your journey m8! That’s going to be a HUGE one! Luv n light for a happy ending and hopefully an even happier beginning! 🤞😁🍀
The floor was getting quite worn with pin holes in it which was letting the damp come up. Bugger. But sent it back home where I’ll fix it as a spare spare for dry weather if a mate comes riding 😁👍
He’s crossing the SA border tomorrow! On his way back to Perth after catching up with his family in VIC. Once home, a surf trip and then he’s packing up his combie van & heading back to NSW to pick up his buddy Jim and it’s a boyz trip up to FNQ! 😂👍🏁
Hey there Roz - I might have missed it in the series, but what is the brand/size of your tent? From Sydney and have watched all episodes - I was in the new England on my V85TT when you went via Tamworth - all the best
Just bought it here in Devonport Tasmania a couple of weeks ago. Spartan 2 - Explore Planet Earth. It’s a cracker 4000 waterproof and easy to set up & take down. Light compact & roomy with 2 little porticos on the double entries. It’s a winner 👍
Lmao watching clim that hill🤣 Sad day for me sold my bike today..getting ready for my adventures in Australia..living off a motorcycle for a couple of years.
That’s not a sad day because of the reasons why you sold it. It’s the best day ever because you’re going to have an amazing 2 years of your life that you’ll never forget! Enjoy the journey darl! 😁👍🏁⛺️🏍💨
Hi Roz. Thought you would be interested: There is alcohol (wine and spirits) in flexible bottles. See ruclips.net/video/KA-BFnqBTAw/видео.html (time 1:19:24). It is much handier to store on the bike and lighter. I think Jon said somewhere else that you can get it delivered and it is relatively cheap (In Canada)
I initially considered that BUT I’m a one glass red wine drinker and as soon as you open up a bottle and decanter it, it starts to degrade right away. So leaving it in the bottle and just pouring one glass, retightening the cap immediately and keeping the bottle as cool as I can, one bottle lasts 3 days! So I’m happy to sacrifice the extra weight for quality!😂👍🍷
Aha, the Canadian bottles need an improvement. The bottle should have a valve so wine is squeezed out without letting the air in. Aussie casks are like that, if you throw away the box, which I often do. But the problem with Aussie casks is that they an over 50 liver can not filter out all the poison :). But if you can find a decent 1 or 2L one...
MTB might mean "Mountain Bike" Rozzzieeee 😁🍷(Now back to the rest of the video. I've only just started) 🥰🤪👏👏👏🍷🍷🍷
