Spiralny tunel w Drammen otwarty został w 1961 roku z okazji obchodów 150 lecia istnienia Drammen. Długi na 1650 m pozwala przedostać się do parku znajdującego się 200 m wyżej. Na szczycie znajduje się również restauracja oraz piękna panorama.
Dodatkową atrakcją jest ukryty w tunelu, wyrzeźbiony w kamieniu troll (do zauważenia pod koniec drogi).
The Spiral tunnel inside Bragernes Hill climbs in spiral-form from 50 metres (approximately 650 feet) to over 200 metres (approximately 2600 feet) above sea-level. You can literally put your steering-weel into "veer-left mode", and continue up and up until you reach he top. The tunnel, which is 1.650 metres long, is formed like a coil spring, and makes six sharp turns on the ascent up to the top. The Spiral Tunnel was opened on the occasion of the city´s 150 years anniversiry in 1961. It was originally an open quarry that was dug out at the turn of the century to supply fill for the city´s road construction work. Innkjørselen ligger i bydelen Bragernes bak Drammen sykehus. Tunnelen slynger seg opp seks og en halv gang rundt en akse og ender i friluft på Spiraltoppen eller Nedre skanse hvor det er restaurant, uteservering og friområde med utsikt over Drammensdalen.

Jest kilka takich tuneli w Norwegii.Na drodze nr.7 w okolicach wodospadu Voringfossen tez takie sa,albo na 50-tce w okolicach jeziora Vassbygdevatnet-tam nawet dwa albo trzy po kolei o ile pamietam dobrze
