I never knew to add oil after the skillet was hot. I had my husband buy me a nice set of stainless steel cooking pans but I’m always afraid use them because I always end up with food sticking. Great tip! This chicken looks delicious, I can’t wait to try it 😊
I make this exact filling (sans green chilies) with crushed red pepper and mushrooms to top spaghetti squash. Roast the spaghetti squash, scrape the flesh into noodles being careful to not pierce the skin, top with the "filling" adding a bit more cheese on top and put it back into the oven until warmed through and cheese is melted. It is amazing.
This looks so good… I’m at a loss for words!

This looks great. I bet the filling would be great on polenta if you wanted it vegetarian.
What temp did you cook this on? And for how long?
