Hi Dave! Fabulous capture of the tidal bore and boats riding the standing waves. I noticed one person in the water - wonder if thst was accident or on purpose. My wife and I were in Truro in September and watched the tidal bore there - very interesting. Hopewell Rocks was probably our highlight. I like watching the tidal bore here and at the Salmon River north of Truro. They can have their river rafting though, guess I’m too old for that thrill…lol

A very curious flight Dave! The location is a bit strange but attractive at the same time. The pillars that can be seen beyond the bridge supported a railway line? The boats sailing on those waves are very striking...are they recreational vessels or are they from a public body? Good work!!!
Thank you very much, my good friend. Yes the old pillars are from the bridge on an old railway line. The Zodiac boats are a tourist attraction and the public can book rides on them to have fun in the standing waves created by the high tide from the Bay of Fundy rushing up the river over the sand bars. I road in them last autumn.
