This is my 2nd month in orange theory going 6 days in a row since I’ve started I’ve lost 6 pounds so far my goal is 20 pounds by July it’s April 30 wish me luck
My insurance covers gym membership fees. I have been to several gyms. But I stay away from group lesson oriented gyms, including OrangeTheory, F45 and Club Pilates, since I worry about COVID-19. The video shows people are so close, without wearing face masks. I may consider joining OrangeTheory later when COVID-19 is not a concern.

I just joined orange theory a week ago and I really like it. I don't like cardio so I do that first. Give it a try.
