    How do you deal with haircare and regular workouts? I use a light shampoo after every workout, but when i wake up in the morning my hair is super greasy and oily, escpecially in the back (I have longer hair). What should I do? Dry shampoo? Skipping shampoo at night and using it in the morning?

    For the longest time I’ve used Pantene shampoo without conditioner at all and would make my hair feel silky smooth and just started using native shampoo and the conditioner getting about the same results. In all my life I’ve used Paul Mitchell lemon and sage shampoo and conditioner, ogx teatree mint shampoo and conditioner, Pantene volume and clean both separate just shampoo might have used moisture one as well but I can’t remember, and currently using native shampoo the cucumber mint moisturizing shampoo and conditioner almond and shea butter strengthening shampoo and conditioner as well as the berries and cream moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, but I’m going to try using the 2in1 ones ( eucalyptus and mint for scalp refreshing, sea salt and cedar for full and thick, autumn air and amber for strengthening ) to see how they work

      @@furture8586 I don’t feel like it would be strong enough. It’s a very gentle shampoo, so I don’t personally feel it’ll do a great job at removing heavy oil and grease build up.
      Volumising or Clarifying Shampoos would be the better option

      Yes, but those alone won’t necessarily be the ‘cure’ for Dry Hair; but they will certainly help. Leave-In Conditioner is honestly game changing; I would consider that to be an essential for drier hair types

    hey i have dry hair that is very wavy and can get curly. I am currently using Pantene Pro V shampoo and i feel that it completely dries out my hair, is there any shampoo and conditioner recomendtaions that you can give for my hair type? I also believe my hair is fine and thin.

      Yeah that Pantene is probably drying ur hair cuz of the sulfates and stuff unless if u have a greasy scalp, you should switch 😭 i would recommend either as I am or any other shampoo that doesn’t have harsh ingredients

      Yeah I would say so - you’d get more results with just adding the leave-in conditioner to your routine; but if you want more volume I’d recommend going for a spray version

      used Garnier Ultra Doux leave in conditioner for dry hair
      its better than regular conditioner but still pretty mediocre cause it doesnt keep your hair styled after the first 2 hours, unless you dont shampoo your hair for 2days+ so its naturally oily
      basically leave in conditioners keep your hair moisturized for maybe an hour longer but its not a wonder product that people claim it to be
      the only working product ive found for really dry hair is OGX Moroccon Arganoil, only downside of that is you need to shampoo it at least every 3 days to remove the oil buildup or you get greasy hair and the hair loss that comes with that

    Face length:7.8
    Jawline(both sides):8.4
    Cheekbones width:6.2
    Forehead:6.6

      There's an app which automatically tells you which face shape you have. "Hiface" is its name.

      @@rounaksharmaaa I would choose either Shea Moistures Intensive Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner or the Frizz Defence Shampoo & Conditioner.
      Th Frizz Defence line would probably more tailored to your needs.
      But to prevent frizz later in the day, you will need a Leave-In Conditioner.
      The leave-in conditioner in the video is really good too! All my clients with Drier Hair Types love it

      @@rounaksharmaaa nope if your hair is looking and feeling fine - it’s cool. Even if you wash your hair everyday; as long as you are taking the right aftercare (which you are with a hair oil serum) your hair is still getting the moisture it needs 🤝

      Never used or tried them but they look good. They’re natural and cruelty free which is what you want. No silicones, sulfates or parabens either. And the products are affordable so yeah, big W

      @@Abb18066 okay if they’re water based (which they usually are) you can rinse out most of it with water. But even so you should only be using a pea sized amount; which isn’t enough to damage your hair at all

      Bro if you spray alot on your hair it could cause scalp build up which will make your hair bad so I recommend using a bit of that spray and to answer your question it does not harm your hair

    Leave in conditioners seem like the next step on my haircare routine, but I have a question.
    I’m a nighttime shower person (with dry hair), and in the morning I always wet and rinse my hair in order to make it more manageable for styling, do I have to reapply the leave in conditioner in the morning? Thanks Vince!
