This one is the best of all similar videos I've found. Lots of good thunder, and it doesn't sound artificial, like most of the others. I'm confined to bed, for many years now, and must keep the lights out and windows tightly blocked because of extreme sensitivity to ligt. So my circadian rhythms are completely random now; I can't even tell if it's day or night. So this is the first time I've found something that lets my body know when it's time to sleep, and it works SO WELL. Thank you!!!

I will tell you the story of how I got my anxiety
So one day my mom and dad where arguing and I was 4 and then I went to check it out and I saw it and I went to my mom asking is it ok and she said yes that's when they started again that's when my dad started choking her and I said stop really loud he didn't and then he let go And I ran to my mom and I started crying and asked mom are you ok she said yes I'm fine but she wasn't and six years later my mom got diabetes and we very early see my dad and now he is sick I saw him on Thursday and he puked everywhere I feel bad for him though he's living with his grandparents cuz no one wants him for a job but now he's fighting a job around his mom's place so he can see his brother and that the end and when I say I was diagnosed with ADHD

Wow wow wow i just found this video today April 22, 2023 and it is so beautifully amazing. Iv already used it for reading my comics and now I'm going to use it for sleep. You have to get to a point where your mood doesn't shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else. Don't allow others to control the direction of your life. Don't allow your emotions to over power your intelligence. Life is not meant to be serious. Go dance in the rain. Go make a Sunday with tons of whipped cream and sprinkles, go have a water gun fight, go chase butterflies, sing loud and let people sing with you, go buy that toy you never got when you where a kid, make a fort out of blankets, eat breakfast for dinner, eat with your face with your kids see who can finish their food first, make funny faces. draw on the walls who cares you can paint it after read some comic books. Do whatever you wanna do. Live YOUR life live YOUR movie, be awesome for YOU. Always be true to yourself and always always have good morals and values. Spread the joy. Spread the happiness and spread all the love you can. Everyday you go outside compliment someone. How do you feel when someone compliments you. EXACTLY it feels awesome. I usually get 4-5 hours of sleep a night; that is on a good night! For the first time, I put this video on and slept 7 hours straight. This will be playing in my room nightly because I feel rested for the first time in years. I did not wake with a headache or feeling listless which is my norm. Thank you more than words can say for this wonderful video.
I'm actually stuck in the hospital getting IV antibiotics and I listen to this every night to help me sleep! Thank you!

I absolutely love how the rain and thunder actually sound real and not just like basic high pitch white noise. It honestly does help with falling asleep, especially if you need to relax and calm down after a long tiring day of work.

i relate so much to this lol the reason im here is bc im finding a way around my insomnia and bc the video is so long i just pause it when i wake up, play it again to fall asleep, then loop it to the begining so i can repeat the previous night of sleep

Day six. Ive actually been suffering from a serious spinal injury this last week. Nerve pain is the worst pain someone can experience, and I may never walk right again. The only way I've gotten any sleep is with this video. Anyways, enjoy 😉
