I've been doing this movement for many years. Your description of the feeling is excellent. It was taught to me by a traditional Mongolian physician. He told me where there is stiffness there is susceptibility to health problems. There are other versions with added twists and side-to-side wave movements. Enjoyed sharing the time with you. 🤗🤗❤️❤️

Hi Laura, you can. it all depends what you are trying to achieve. Tapping is considered more stimulating whereas here we are trying to relax and shift the nervous system into a relaxed mode. However, there are no right or wrong here, listen to your body what it needs!
