Hi J. Just wondering, are you going to be in Orlando in February? You are probably my most memorable meeting at my first Aquashella. Your attitude and enthusiasm are absolutely contagious. And, I would really love to see you again and have a chat a little longer than he has it going. On the topic of your video, I keep two heaters total and those are in the tanks that are not in my fish room. And, unfortunately I just fried an entire tank of Africans. I was doing some maintenance, and the temperature probe came out of my aquarium and I did not catch it until the next day being blind. I am absolutely devastated. I went from over 30 Africans down to six. Absolutely horrible🐠🦯
Jay Sorry to hear about your Mom!! Hope she is ok.. Question: I have a 90 mostly hap/peacock tank that has been established for 9 years and I have trouble keeping the PH up. I am always buffering with Seachem Marine Buffer. It used to have a large piece of driftwood in it and I was thinking that was taking the PH down, but it has been out of the tank for 8 months now. I run an FX6 with two baskets of bio and top basket with Chemipure blue and Purigen has poly fiber fill in the top and change at all water changes and sponges that i only rinse every couple of months. I have a power head for surface moment and oxygen exchange. It has some medium rocks, no holy rock and a universal rocks background. Substrate in the tank is play sand. Thoughts? Do i need to change the substrate to something else?
👍😎 Fishroom really looking good Jay. Liam’s thing’s…? Ya, go with that. Star Wars tank, way cool. Big fan of the first 6 (saw each opening day) and you J. 🖖
Aren't their products like governors and sensors and temperature thermostats/controllers which would power the heaters down or turn them off if danger points are being reached? I know that's how I've got my reptiles and feeder colonies of insects have them and so indoor grow tents for peppers and tomatoes in the winter. I use Inkbird. Is there something like that with aquarium heaters?

Could be the substrate but I’d look to CO2 issues dropping PH
but if your fish are fine don’t worry about chasing it.
What’s it falling to?
Upload when ever you want I watch them all keep up the good work bro hurry up and get those haps going 😊👍👍❤
