    ସବୁଠାରୁ ଭଲ ସମୟ ହେଉଛି। ରାତି 10ଟାରୁ ଶୋଇ ସକାଳ 5ଟା ଭିତରେ ଉଠିବା। ନିଦ ଠିକ୍ ହେବ ଆଉ ଅଳସୁଆ ଲାଗିବନି। ନିଦ ଭଲ ନହେଲେ ଥକ୍କା ଲାଗିବା ସହିତ ଚିଡି ଚିଡା ପଣ ବିରକ୍ତ ଲାଗିଥାଏ
