The downside of having a large audience like graham is that one can get a bit sloppy about doing complete due diligence for new product opportunities thinking that one has the biggest element covered: new customer acquisition.
@@justsilent09 That would be a Graham question, as I'm sure he had a part in the sourcing of the coffee. I was only part of a third-party team that was hired for branding/marketing, so I had nothing to do with the coffee itself, only the visual side. As many have said, you can have a lot of $$ but you cannot have everything (he looks really bad right now).
I’m glad to hear that you’re shifting. You helped me with getting easier to understand info around credit cards and this really helped me shift my education and take control of my life in a way back in 2020. I can’t wait to see more of your passion projects here. When too much posting happened, I fell out. But I’m glad you’re back!!!
You're super dedicated and have great advice! Hope that you are doing well!
Huge fan! Love all your videos! I always feel inspired and more educated after watching your videos
Graham, I've been following you since this channel had
I really liked this form of video! Gigi is so cute. Thanks for rescuing her.
I have a lot of respect for you, Graham. When I first found your channel, I asked when would be enough? I think a lot of these RUclips finance channels don’t know when they can take their foot off the breaks and enjoy their success and focus on what really matters. Glad to see you doing this.
Thank you for the video (I watched until the end) and supporting the need to rescue animals. We have been adopting rescues for years now and it's the only way to go.
You've recently been on the periphery of some other channels I watch. Really enjoyed your candid approach in this video. Subscribed!
Shutting down a business is never easy, but sometimes it leads to even better opportunities. What are your thoughts on the future of coffee companies?
It’ll be really really difficult for creator-led coffee business. But the established companies won’t have a problem and will raise prices accordingly (so load up now lol)
the editing splice at 19:35 is so underrated. 10/10.
Very
The downside of having a large audience like graham is that one can get a bit sloppy about doing complete due diligence for new product opportunities thinking that one has the biggest element covered: new customer acquisition.
Love it! Thanks for the ADU referral. Will definitely look into it.
thanks for this message and yes please get some rest 🙏❤️
I mean no disrespect, but dude you look super tired and stressed. Not looking so healthy.
How many injections? How many infections?
Graham, you feeling ok buddy? You've got some serious bags under the eyes. Your cheeks look puffy. Concerned for your health😢. Get well soon 🙏🤞
How many injections? How many infections?
Still love the videos! I’ve been watching since the beginning
Thank you! That means a lot!
I liked the video when I started watching, and when I reached the end of it... I would have loved to click the like again!! Love to see you happier!
love these style of videos from you my guy
Promote scams and harm people’s financial status karma tends to bite you in the ass
With any luck coffeezilla will investigate him further
Sad to see the coffee go ❤ I was part of the team that came up with the branding and packaging-It was always a fun brand to work on
I always wanted to try it but never got the chance to😪 the packaging looks so badass, I’ve always loved the design
@israelconder what coffee brand would be similar? I was a bankroll customer.
@@justsilent09 That would be a Graham question, as I'm sure he had a part in the sourcing of the coffee. I was only part of a third-party team that was hired for branding/marketing, so I had nothing to do with the coffee itself, only the visual side. But it's pretty common for brands to use a distributer that essentially private-labels existing products, I'd imagine this is what was used for BR, but I'm not certain.
@@IsraelConderthanks I tagged him in a comment but no response yet. I have about a month left so I’m on the look out for something similar. Thanks for the response.
@16:38 Including a Risk ratio to your calculations is highly recommended. I would suggest including a 3-5% risk of default into your calculations to give you a more transparent view of your real bottom line. Too many investors fail to add risk (especially from leverage) into their calculations.
Why is he subtracting opportunity cost off the total profit from straight cash? Also, even tho he's making more off no cash up front because of missing "opportunity cost" he never calculated paying back the PLA he used to create the property ADU
Best video in a long time. Lots of begets and great sponsor content. I like the pledge asset line to help use equity in my rentals.
Love the ADU plug and Ryan!!🎉🎉🎉
Every Yes is a No to something else..
I saw it in the comments and I had to repeat it!!!
❤❤❤
18:40 no way the estimated revenue from Iced Coffee Hour is 69420 💀 This has to be an easter egg
Have you stopped scamming people?
nope!
$XAI99C army is a thing
fantastic video. your growth is evident and exciting. congratulations🎉
good luck on your new endeavors brother. glad to see you're keeping up the grind
I love how you broke down the XAI303K project in your video! Can’t wait to see it skyrocket!
Love you man. It's been a great journey with you. I'm still subscribed and the notification bell is still on.
I want more of this from you and I'm excited to see the next chapters of your life ❤
You're still grifting scams.....sigh..
"My business failed"... proceeds to run 20 minutes of sponsored ads.
Yet another RUclipsr who says "my coffee company" when they mean "my coffee label or branding".
Your supplier ships it out live as it's ordered. If it's becoming too expensive, just stop. It's not like you'll have unsold inventory or have to lay people off. 🤷🏻♂️
You're always such an inspiration Graham!!!
I actually haven't watch you in a while, mainly because the vids haven't been in my feed. And although I've always loved (& hit the like button on) every vid of yours that I've watched, this was truly refreshing. Nicely done!
womp womp. The guy who always says to make your own coffee has to shut down his coffee company.
Thanks for your honesty Graham.
Great one. Love this type of content from you
Dude these videos are a million times better than the daily uploads. I got burnt on watching those too. It’s a shift in the overall RUclips space. Oversaturation makes us like these more substance videos that actually have a purpose
this wiseguy steals articles created by others and then just reads them back to the audience in his boring monotone video.
I like these videos , and it's crazy that you read all these by yourself!
grats on adopting Gigi!
