Hey Wendy, correct you can adjust your bids by a certain % manually under the keywords section of your Ad Group. Increase or decrease however you wish.

Scaling phase would definitely be helpful to structure an SOPs around in multiple channels in the operations and delivery! Regardless if it's retargeting by fbads or omni-channels. Misleading Google tracking advice...that is a very important part of the setup. Just simply creating the Conversion Event does not mean it's added on your website. Misleading advice.
