Hey . I just became interested today . I made an appt with my Dr for 10/25. I dint know if she’ll give it to me or not but I’m gonna try bc i dont wanna go to these side drs that wanna charge you just to give you the script .
At the time of this video I was really focusing on cutting out refined carbohydrates and added sugar. So no bread and desserts which are my weakness. I was mainly concentrating on making sure that I kept my protein up I also ate salads with a dressing by TESSEMAE’S. I’ll start to post some of my meals
