Goodness this goes back a bit. One thing I appreciated with the video and something you may want to incorporate into you current ones is the map at the beginning showing where you are starting from and going to. That is really helpful for those of us who may want to drive the track. Thanks.

This is a controversial subject. Many people believe the trails shouldn't be named or mapped and others do. I am a believer they should be so that people can find them and as such, I am starting to incorporate it into my newer videos

Well done. I have done that trip a couple of times. Exploring the Rainbow Station area and also the Molesworth is great. you can never get enough of it.

Shot people thanks for ya vids
Do you also hit the north island? I’m pretty central and was wondering if there is a site for the north island tracks?

Hey bro, not often I hit the north island. Bit pricey to get all the way up. Check out OverlandNz though, he has some tracks mapped for the north. I’m just returning from a trip up north at the moment and will be posting a video of it in the coming weeks.

Good vid. Has just come to my attention on an email from 4x4 explorer . Ive signed up. Was down there in January but roads were closed from top end. Stayed a Middlhurst Station for a bit. Didn't do Rainbow this time just tophouse but had a brief issue with the exhaust. Ive got the 97 Wrangler too but not lifted. Did you dig into the extra gas on board? Havent done over 100k in one stretch in 4wd yet. Been trying to find a pair of those sunnies . Where are they from?
