Yes I believe Astral Projection is true. What Pranay did was not wrong but how he did it was wrong. In all these type of things one of the most important thing is to have a Guru who has experience yo guide you. But without that Guru this type of things can be fatal. All big yogis like Swami Vivekanand had a Guru who guided them.
My paternal ancestors were into occult and my dad was powerful too. He used to do astral projection as well by just reading books kept by my ancestors. My mother started seeing black shadows around him and some negativity as she is spiritual and highly intuitive as well. She burned all these books amd never let my dad perform any ritual. She has taught me that these things should be performed under the guidance of a guru only. When i was 18 years old i dabbled into occult and spells and tarot and encountered ghosts and various paranormal experiences at hostel. I still read cards but due to the grace of my guru and kali ma i never encountered negative experiences. It is so important to have a guru.

Astral projection is possible, but as you said that yeh karna normal humans ke liye dangerous ho sakta hai because you never know which dimension you will reach. But I myself have experienced out of body experience many times when I was a teenager. I was also very curious about Astral projection, but then when I read more I also realized that it is a dangerous process, as you never know what entity you might come across while astral projection. Technically for Norma humans it is not possible to go to the highest astral plane (Swarg) we can only travel in the lower planes where most of the unsatisfied spirits live. I myself tried out of body Experience in lockdown but couldn't succed after watching an episode on fear files. It should always be remembered that in this phase your soul gets detached from the body which means that other souls can also enter in your body or you may not get able to go in your body. Instead one should try to do meditation and achieve siddhis which is hard and time consuming but worth it to do.

As I have mentioned earlier too, when you sleep, you by default astral travel. But because in sleep your consciousness is not active, so you don't remember that you astral travel. Meditation is a conscious sleep, so when you meditate or consciously sleep, you will be conscious while you astral travel. The more you practice meditation, the more consciously you sleep, the more consciously you sleep, the more you remember your experiences while astral travel.
Welll.. it is real. I don't know who gonna believe in it but i had tried it many times and i got success . Astral projection is possible, but as you said that yeh karna normal humans ke liye dangerous ho sakta hai because you never know which dimension you will reach. But I myself have experienced out of body experience many times when I was a teenager. I was also very curious about Astral projection, but then when I read more I also realized that it is a dangerous process, as you never know what entity you might come across while astral projection. Technically for Norma humans it is not possible to go to the highest astral plane (Swarg) we can only travel in the lower planes where most of the unsatisfied spirits live. I myself tried out of body Experience in lockdown but couldn't succed after watching an episode on fear files.
It should always be remembered that in this phase your soul gets detached from the body which means that other souls can also enter in your body or you may not get able to go in your body.

Brother there is no mantra or procedure to achieve it. You need to just practice meditation more and more.
As I have mentioned earlier too, when you sleep, you by default astral travel. But because in sleep your consciousness is not active, so you don't remember that you astral travel.
Meditation is a conscious sleep, so when you meditate or consciously sleep, you will be conscious while you astral travel. The more you practice meditation, the more consciously you sleep, the more consciously you sleep, the more you remember your experiences while astral travel.
