    Kurt Warner was made to analysis and breakdown games and plays after his hall of fame NFL career ended. Not only does he explain things in a way that everyone can understand, but he also just has really good analysis and he really knows how to talk football. I love listening to this guy break things down. Kurt does such a phenomenal job.

    Lamar watches film and is a pro - I’ve seen enough athletes to know the typical story after you get a bag 💼 you get complacent - they are 11-3 - most NFL QBs who get drafted don’t win and are not successful and they still don’t look like him - I also know Kurt Warner can appreciate his journey as a guy who just needed an opportunity and everything lined up for him - In college they wanted him to return punts - NFL special teams - 300 Million later keys to the Franchise Heisman Award NFL MVP Pro bowler and your team wins 10-12 games and makes the playoffs when you play ? Keep working 8 💪🏾🔥

    • @miwawilliams1339
      @miwawilliams1339 11 месяцев назад +7

      @thepolarphantasm2319 Lamar set passing records at Louisville. Monken is developing an offense similar to the one he was in there. What so many are so amazed at him "developing" this year has been there all along. GRo, excellent as he is at run offense, just didn't have it to develop plays for his passing ability. Monken & Martin do. His field vision & spatial awareness are beyond most in the league. And he's years from 30. The future looks bright for way more than this season.
      Plus... unlike Cunningham & many other QBs who could run... Lamar's spatial awareness allows him to plan escape routes. His runs usually end in him getting out of bounds or sliding... rarely in the hard tackles many predicted would cost him his legs.

      Imagine Lamar with a top 10 receiver. I know Flowers will be very good in the future but Lamar has had 0 help from his receivers his career. This year is the 1st year that his receivers are playing good

      @miwawilliams1339 10 месяцев назад

      @spowbusiness2187 something else people are sleeping on with all the hype around Zay & OBJs flashes (& frankly I'm not mad at it... let em sleep) go back and look not just at the box score catches/ yardage but at the highlights & watch Bate's catches in the last two games. That connection... the timing is being worked out & quiet as is kept in clutch situations... he's going to Bate & Bate is making them. Should definitely have gotten a PI call in his favor in the Phins game. The league is not ready for when this offense *fully* clicks & this gets even more automatic. I can't wait!

      It’s madden type stuff, he has elite mobility compared to the best pass rushers in the game.
      I’m not surprised many Dual threats are becoming NORMAL in football.
      Lamar is just the best variant. He is truly deadly on the ground, the air, and surprisingly in traffic. He just looks comfortable behind blockers and pushing through that second level of the defense.
      Has not done it this year and broke the third level, but the club has multiple receiving and rushing options to rely on. Lamar’s legs doesnt have to be the feature anymore. It’s all apart of the package, this is what why we paid $260 mil.
      The best part is lamar is 26 and still looks like his development is trending upward. Like we may see 5-7 years of this mobile domination.
      By mid 30’s Lamar is gonna have to be a gunslinger as the legs slow down. But Lamar has the tools to be great now.
      Lamar and Mahomes, maybe Josh Allen are like the truly elite players(Dak? Lol) when plays breakdown and it’s just backyard improv football. The athletes at QB in this generation are way more mobile than the last 2-4 generations.

    Every QB playing misses reads and throws. If you watch football you know that. It’s the plays that the special QBs can make with their legs and weapons that separate them from the rest. Warner is a guy who has stated he likes guys that play the game like he did, and we all know Lamar doesn’t play the game like he did. Lamar’s a lot more dynamic.

    • @miwawilliams1339
      @miwawilliams1339 10 месяцев назад

      Warner has admitted he has a preference for pocket passing but of you listen he isn't criticizing Lamar here. In fact he says it's because of Lamar that the offense (which understandably is still learning/ prefecting timing in the new system) looks as good as it does. It benefits everyone... except opponents... when they can do this type of stuff "on rhythm"... so Lamar is still throwing like this but in half the time without the need to scramble because he and the receivers and the Oline have all the stuff smoothed out that Kurt is talking about here. He's talking about improvements in trust & timing... not lack of skill. To the contrary he's crediting Lamar's skill & field vision with being able to cover for breakdowns & create plays when things fall apart. He did a breakdown after the Miami game showing where you could see the on rhythm starting to happen better. It's a beautiful thing to think that good as our offense has been this year there's still room to grow... to be better. Great time to be a Ravens fan!

    The difference this year to previous under Greg Roman is the passing concepts are of NFL caliber. And it’s only year one, and it’s still a top 10 offense in the league, having the best rushing attack, and then a middle of the road passing attack. In addition to having a top 2-3 defense in the NFL, its made it obvious why the ravens are 11-3 with as tough of a schedule that they’ve had.

      No, the thing is that he WAS a pocket passer, who would take off if nothing was available. Thank you for pointing out the problems in Monken's playcalling and or the WRs bad routes. Idk where it starts but I put the blame on the OC. Monken's gotta tighten up these calls because they're making things harder for Lamar and the OL and easier for the defense.

    • @SkellaTinMan
      @SkellaTinMan 11 месяцев назад +3

      Trust in Monk he is toying with the opponents imo he hasn't been great but he also hasn't been predictable. He has built trust with and in Lamar and everything is a game, maybe we see a lil extra this week against a tough team but honestly even if we dont win it is probably more important that we don't totally tip our hand we may play them again this year and if we do that game would be way more important. Ofc routes could be cleaned up never need 4 guys in same area but what happens over next two games is gonna be on everyone's mind when we play our first playoff game..cant worry about a future opponent that may not come just have to figure out a way to get passed each one till we get that ring for Lamar

    @eversway7540 10 месяцев назад

    No disrespect, but, I think it's easier to slow things down and analyse options easier than when everything's going full speed. You have to take in effect every individual running the correct route rather than not and what a defender may do to disrupt it, intentionally or unintentionally. Some OC's are just capable of calling better plays on str8 vision, from the many defenses they've memorized over the years. The beautiful thing about Lamar is having that dynamic in order to create something out of nothing. What's really going to be crazy is, over time his reads are only going to get better and his dynamics will take him on a level we've never seen.

      It hasn't happened yet. And they don't need Lamar; he doesn't have to play.

      They can lose that game and still get home field for the playoffs.

      No he just understands that the pov on the field is different from a sky view. That’s the problem with casual fans watching film. They think it’s madden and the qb can see everything outside of their field of view

    Lamer Jackson plays like he’s on fire like Vick did in 08 I can’t stand him lamer Jackson he thinks that he’s the best player on that overrated ravens team. Every other play he touches the ball he thinks that hes the whole team kind of like mike Vick did in ATL
