    Can you talk more about the 2 stage process? Glass then walnut? Or like high pressure and then low pressure?

      Okay...respectfully of course, I am in NA and was only curious. Not like I am stealing business but was thinking of building my own machine.

      For two stage blasting you can use aluminium oxide with the vapour blaster or previously we dry blasted with fine glass first. This is to get that white corrosion of that beads cannot remove. Next you use either glass beads or the best results we have had to make them shiny is with different sizes ceramic beads. Can’t do much better.
      You can also find this method in videos from Arnolds design or Vapor Honing.
