100% quality service from start to finish. When I called to order he was great, told Roland what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I wanted. Kept me in loop during the entire building process as well. When I got down to him "CT to Georgia" very easy place to find. The smoker was ready and out front, took his time with walking us through all of his special features. Some real great ideas and designs to help you make the most out of your unit. All of the features are really designed to help the individual make more money and product with ease. The smoker its self is a solid unit with box tube framing and reinforced plating, this will long time unit with simple maintenance.
