Yes sir, you can run as usual. Just make sure that you avoid going through water filled potholes on street, avoid contact of water with battery terminals.. it has IP65 protection

CX is with around 70 KM range and CX ER is with 140 KM range.. choice is yours sir

Charging cycle is full cycle (upto 100%) not the partial, so charge from 50% is not not full cycle. Moreover, charging 20-80% will be less than one cycle. Charging from 5-100% is actually that damages battery.
