  • @isaacbaidoo2623
    @isaacbaidoo2623 Год назад +22

    Honestly speaking, I'm quite disappointed to hear that the vice president of the republic of Ghana is an alumni of the great tamasco buh yet still the school has no better modern infrastructures 😭😭 the only thing I was impressed with, was the mosque 🕌🕌 which was build by only one alumni of the school. So if this is tamasco then I doubt about the other schools. Goshers you are really doing a great job, thanks for sending HSA initiative program all the way to the northern region(TAMASCO)

    • @braceafrica.
      @braceafrica. Год назад +1

      Well the vice president has done a lot for the school since he became vice president. The school has functional infrastructure rather than aesthetic ones. They have all the facilities and laboratories needed for learning though not best but functional.
      Again this video doesn’t cover the entirety of the school, only the eastern parts. It’s an old school and like many others they also have old infrastructure which is no news.
      The former president John Mahatma and his brother Ibrahim Mahama are also old students with the former president dropping at some point. If we are going to talk about alumni then the list will be so long. Dr Ibn Chambas (former president ECOWAS commission), Speaker of parliament Alban Bagbin, professor Joshua Alarbi, the late former vice president Alhaji Aliu Mahatma, National Petroleum Authority CEO Mustapha Hamid, Honorable Muntaka Mubarak and a whole lot of parliamentarians, high ranking private and public executives, senior military officers… etc. Are you going to be disappointed in them too? Or maybe the whole alumni?
      The school have a big and influential alumni who are doing their best at the moment. There are various infrastructure projects ongoing in the school though more is needed. They don’t have a well resourced parent association considering the demography of the region.
      Business man Ibrahim Mahama has made huge investments in the school’s infrastructure though those projects are still ongoing, it can’t not be overlooked. The alumni have done their best. Unlike most schools in the south who have big Churches, religious institutions and Well resourced parents associations sponsoring them, that isn’t the case For Tamasco.
      The house that hosted the guest is one example of the many initiatives the vice president is involved in. Certainly your disappointment should not be laid at the door step of the VP or the alumni but rather the state, for not having a working maintenance program.
