This overpass was clearly in poor shape. And the people whose company the truck belonged to are not willing to disclose any details about why the accident happened.

They were able to replace 13 overpasses on I93 in Massachusetts in one or two weekends . Someone said this was recently replaced. They should have the plans if that's the case I doubt speed was the issue. It was the turn, Of course it was speed. Hope that saved a few million.
This reminded me of the incident that happened years back in Atwater California when a tanker exit to fast on a curb flipped over caught fire killing the driver... and also in texas i remember another incident of a trucker who fell asleep fell through the middle of the bridge exploding killing the dri er too as we wxited the highway the cops had a yellow tarp on the body it smelled horrible havent been able to shake that image out of my head.
is there any definitive proof that some jerkass didn't cut him off or brake check him or some crap? I feel like they didn't try very hard to rule out murder/"manslaughter". Just blame the working man in the truck without any investigation.
