I watched a video on RUclips on why the drink won’t come through very well and you take off the lid and there’s the screwdriver looking thing in there and you push around on it and it releases whatever I have no clue.
Don’t complaint to the company that is doesn’t get any flavor. They will have to try a bunch of steps. Then want you send them back the lid and straw. Before they will replace their defective product that doesn’t work right

You rotate the sip lid to the fin of the flavor selector and connected to that
The sip cartridges have the little fin that you can clip your lid on
I thought you use the dail thingy to hold the top 🤔 🤷🏽♀️
you do, I just didnt realize that at the time :)
The little piece on the cartridge is where you clip your top
I love the tumbler Cirkul I might be getting me one still keep my 32oz Cirkul bottle & my 40oz Stanley tumbler also

You flavor cap actually clips back to the cartridge, the wing that you use to grip when adjusting the flavor, push the cap down over that!

On all cartridges the top clips ...the 2 straps holding the top clips onto the little tab when you pull it back
The cap goes clipped on that thing that looks like a shark fin. And it even says push here to unclip

it's 40 oz and I refill about 3-4 times before I'm really out of flavor, but I also don't like a lot of flavor so it depends on what you like!

I'm on my 2nd tumbler and still experiencing the same issue. I get very little flavor unless i dial the cartridge way up.
The same with me I had to remove the straw in order for water to come thru
