So let me attempt to grasp the logic. We have all been told the NAZIS were all occultists and didn't believe in Christ and were all evil and so on. So Why would Hitler seek out Christs cup if he had no faith or belief in him? Pick a lane and stay in it.
The Germans were Christians. They believed that Jewish forces had somewhat altered Christianity for themselves. The Germans wanted a more pure Christianity. One which had not been usurped by Judaism. I’m not saying they were correct, but if you really look deeply at it, that’s their motivation. But they were 100% Christian. That they were not, is just anti-German propaganda.
Himmler, who also grew up in a Roman Catholic household was also looking for Mjölnir, so checkmate. Does that mean he has faith that Thor’s hammer actually holds power over his supposed Christ? It doesn’t matter if they believed Jesus or not, they were obsessed with gaining esoteric power from ancient artifacts that could help them win the war, and ironically, the Jewish artifacts were a first look before looking to the Norse-Pagans.
Occult - The occult, in the broadest sense, is a category of *esoteric supernatural beliefs* and practices which generally fall outside the scope of organized religion and science, encompassing phenomena involving otherworldly agency, such as magic and mysticism and their varied spells.
Attempting to harness powerful energy from ancient artifacts is synonymous with esoteric supernatural beliefs, not to mention they believed they were the master race, when Christ specifically said all are fallen and fall short of the glory of God. It doesn’t matter their religious background, if he had faith in Jesus all his life, then he wouldn’t have grown into the demon he came to be.
Edit: that’s also not saying he was an Atheist, since there are no morals or belief in anything in Atheism to begin with, but he was very likely interested in Gnosticism i.e. esoteric beliefs, which like I said are synonymous with the occult.

The fact is that Himmler was about to find the Grail. When he travelled to Madrid, he took the wrong direction. If he would read Wagner-Parsifal, he would noticed that the " The Grail is in a place of the North Gotic Spain".
There (the North-West of Spain) , he would find yhe chalice covered with gold an jewells owned by a princess.

No, not the ark. They hated judaism and christianity. Wanted to abolish them and create a new religion based on old Germanic cults combined with only some aspects of Christian belief.

I think the idea of this being absolutely impossible for ancients to get this pure is far fetched Indo Europeans had lots of skills and being that egyptians could build seamless pyramids I would say the ability to forge some of the hardest steel into swords and helmets they could make gold without copper or tin. Now the documentation of otto seals it but you cant use the gold idea as a excuse.

if they had sold the cauldron at the spot price of gold in 2005, it would’ve been worth ~$200,000+. in mid 2022, the price of the gold alone is nearly 3x that
