It reminded me of the cover art for Earth, Wind & Fire's All 'n AlI. This is a wonderful work by the Japanese painter Shusei Nagaoka. Ancient Egypt is a civilization that reached its peak 4,500 years ago, but it has a strangely futuristic feel to it. Ancient Egyptian civilization is both ancient and future at the same time. When Khufu's Great Pyramid was first built, it was a perfect square pyramid covered in dazzling white marble. Suddenly, a perfect white geometric object appeared in the ancient world. Later, as the ancient Egyptian civilization declined, the marble was stolen and it became what it is today. Why did the ancient Egyptians create perfectly geometric objects? It seems to me like a monument to contact with multidimensional beings. Perhaps the beings from another dimension that came into contact with the ancient Egyptians had a geometric shape, such as an octahedron. Since it is impossible to make it on earth, the ancient Egyptians may have made a square pyramid with half the size.
