I gave 3rd round of interview on 25th August Friday. Then Saturday and Sunday came, then Monday, Tuesday and today is Wednesday and today only I sent a thank you email to them. Please tell me what I should do next?

I give my technical interview on 10th jan on Friday when I will expect the result and in Deloitte portal my application showing interview in progress what does it mean can you please explain me.
