Dying Light PS4 Bandages and Meds Quest Syringe Painkillers

Just like with the lighter fuel quest, you must be currently tracking this quest to find the items. There are only 2 Pharmacies in the slums and the items you get there will be random and in random spots. Sometimes you may not get everything you need in one run so be prepared to wait for the world to re-spawn or reset those locations so that you can complete your quest.

Thanks man. My friends and I struggled for days trying to get this quest to work and just could not figure it out. I never would have thought that this was basically the only quest that could not be completed without it being the current quest tracked. I think the only other ones were the Lighter Fluid quest and the binoculars one, but don't quote me on that.

The third set is in old town at the top of the map in the building between the two bolted feeding grounds

I can't enter the 1st pharmacy that you showed here. Something's blocking the entrance. Huhu I can't even slide in.

I have not played this in a very long time now but I believe it had a back door. Often a tipped over fridge or something is in front of the back door and you can kind of jump a few times and eventually get over it. IF you still cannot get into it, you can leave the area and eventually the Pharmacies that you can get into will respawn loot. I had to do that a few times. I was told there was another Pharmacy as well that I did not list in this video. Also, if you do not have The Following expansion for Dying Light, I highly recommend it. The Buggy was loads of fun and the open environment added a lot to the game by taking away the Parkour crutch.

Okay the respawn tower up n back down doesn´t work but the respawn switching from slums to old town and back worked ... thank u

who is that pal Glad I could help. This quest took me days to accomplish because I kept losing my items when I would leave to go into multiplayer games. It was trial and error for a long while but I finally figured out the trick.
