The City of Stockton animal shelter is full of dogs in need, and no dog in our care needs a hero more than Kimber. She is sweet and gentle, but the shelter is really getting to her. She needs to be adopted ASAP while she still has hope. Kimber won't show well in the shelter to perspective adopters, but she is so worthy of consideration and love. We were not sure if we would get her out of her kennel for some off campus time, but our volunteer Ally worked her calming magic with Kimber and got her to trust her. She was stressed, but she tried so hard. In just a few minutes, we got her to lay down with us in the grass and enjoy her time away. Please come and meet Kimber today and be her hero! Thank you so much!

Please visit the City of Stockton's Animal shelter to meet this wonderful loving dog. The shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12 noon to 5 PM. The shelter is closed on Mondays and many major holidays.
