IOTT Purple Hat and Decoder Pro Tips

I have been profiling several of my engines this week and thought I would share what I found works for me. I took me several tries to get the steps down to reliably make sure the JMRI Decoder Roster file and the Engine Decoder matched and were updated with the new speed step profile.
