The thing with the 90days is you need to rent an appartment because hotel or airbnb doesnt work to apply for the TRC. Which means two things: you'd have to rent for at least 6 month because hard to find a rent for 3 months and even if you do, you'd pay way more, and last thing is what an exhausting experience to come back to the UAE and start the process all over again to find an appartment and move your stuff in every 6-8 month to spend winter . Maybe people rent for the full year? but you'd loose money then. Or maybe i got it wrong and airbnb works fine to apply for the TRC? you guys tell me.

Actually, this is not true we have submitted 3 applications with only airbnbs and they were all approved. That said, we do not suggest only airbnbs. Its better to get a tenancy contract from a holiday homes company or an alternative method. Our clients always have a way thanks to our experience and contacts :)

@@GenZone_ seems like we'd need to ask the owner for an EJARI if we rent his airbnb over 90days, and in this case that'd work

    I have a question
I'm a daytrader in nigeria thinking about moving to dubai but the freezone setup sound scary
And you know traders make money personally
So my question is if i setup a company there will i have to keep scaling it after residency or it's just to get the UAE residency?
    Pardon my question
