beescoot I remember our clubs where I grew up had certain ''school'' parties where the age allowed was like 12-18 or so, and no alcohol to be served tho. It was ment so that those kids didnt have to sneak into clubs and get booz delivered from older kids but still would be able to enjoy those parties.
In israel there are two types of clubs; clubs for preteen and teen 12 to 17 and normal night clubs 18+
