I like that youre realistic with being caught by a strike. Like, its a fight with an unpredictable opponent, if you approach things like you’re untouchable, youre gonna get touched, alot.

I love the disclaimer. Never be ashamed to avoid a street fight. Your life or their life is likely not worth whatever issue instigated the fight. You have to understand that the wager of combat is a life, yours or theirs. If you are intervening to stop them from harming someone else, be prepared to die or kill them. If you're about to fight over french fries or some stupid shit, realize how stupid it would be to die or kill them in that situation. Don't get into street fights.

The first time I used an elbow, I had the opportunity to drop my entire body into someone already head pressed on a wall. I mean, I was only 145lbs but the noise and the way his consciousness just ended stayed with me on a different level.

My boyfriend taught me to fight, not that I do, but he really drilled on elbows and somewhat the head. It seems it was more along the lines of "you're never out of options," though. A nice hard elbow jab or a good ol' head butt. That was long ago before I got too old to fight and too fat to run-lol!

Good stuff. We have 7 elbow strikes in my discipline.
A good strike above an eye can cut. That causes a sight problem for the aggressor.
But as he states street fighting is hopefully something you avoid.
But if it’s an inevitability be quick and gone.

I've seen a video of two russian, drunk guys fighting over a very dumb thig essentially, but as they're fighting, one of them takes down the other to the ground, and then, the guy that's being grabbed starts to elbow the other guy... ON THE THROAT! And he does this like 15 times before the spectators stop him, and this is where he realizes that he just took the guy's life, by repeatedly striking him in the throat with full power, non-stop elbow hits.

As a L.E.O., I suggest you clarify some legal facts.
    While its every effective,
You will be charged with felony AGGREVATED assault!
The use of elbows is considered lethal force.
You might as well just use a gun.
You stated the goal is to cause significant, disfiguring injury.
The only force you can use, is JUST enough to stop an UNPROVOKED assault. That's it.
Not your OPINION, but the laws definition.
Reasonable and nessasary clause requires the very least force possible, and the goal isn't to maim or kill people, because that's what your actually suggesting as how the law interprets.
    God forbid your the aggressor.
FYI, if the other person is trying to quit a fight, and you continue: even more enhanced sentencing.
I'd rather lose a fight than get butt r@ped in prison.
